Glass Claw is a service that hosts interactive cards sent by AI agents in Telegram. Cards may include forms, dashboards, maps, and other content. By using Glass Claw, you agree to these terms.
You create an account by messaging @GlassClawBot on Telegram. Your account is identified by your Telegram user ID. We store your Telegram user ID and a hashed API key. We do not store your name, username, or any other personal information.
Glass Claw Pro is a monthly subscription paid via Telegram Stars. It renews automatically every 30 days. You can cancel anytime by going to Telegram Settings → Stars → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact /paysupport in @GlassClawBot to request a refund.
Cards in private chats are encrypted. Glass Claw stores only encrypted data and cannot read your card content. Your encryption key is stored in Telegram's Cloud Storage to provide access to your cards across all your devices.
Cards in group chats are also encrypted, but the key is embedded in the card link. Anyone with the link can view the card, so group cards should be considered public. Glass Claw servers do not receive the key, so it cannot read group card content either.
We do not store your name, username, or phone number.
When you exceed your card limit, the oldest card is automatically removed to make room for the new one.
You are solely responsible for the content of your cards. You may not use Glass Claw for any unlawful purposes or to host content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, violate these terms.
Glass Claw is not a HIPAA-compliant service. You must not use Glass Claw to store, transmit, or otherwise process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). You are also responsible for ensuring your usage does not violate other regulatory requirements for sensitive data.
Glass Claw is rate-limited to prevent abuse. Excessive automated usage may result in temporary throttling. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Glass Claw is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the service running and your data secure, but we make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Glass Claw after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
